Advantages:

Удобное расположение, потрясающий вид, чистая и просторная квартира. Хозяйка просто очарование и внимательность! В шаговой доступности магазины, пляж, автобусная остановка. Парковка во дворе. Много спальных мест.

Disadvantages:

Если собираетесь готовить дома, заранее попросите хозяйку принести нормальную кастрюлю и сковороду, или привозите с собой. Но это мелочи ;)
