Сдаётся первый этаж в доме с шикарным видом на горы и лес. На этаже есть своя кухня-гостиная, спальня, санузел и огромный открытый балкон, на котором есть зона отдыха со столом и стульями. В спальне есть телевизор, шкаф, диван на 2 спальных места и две одноместные кровати, которые можно соединить. Вся посуда, кухонные и спальные принадлежности в наличии. Газовая плита, холодильник, микроволновка, электрочайник присутствуют.

Общественная парковка прямо около дома. В 5 метрах остановка общественного транспорта, но при этом тихо, дорогу не слышно. В 15 минутах пешей прогулки центральный пляж.
