Тихий, уютный район. Хороший двор с детской площадкой и лавочками в тени. В квартире есть всё для жизни и отдыха: две сплитсистемы, два телевизора, wi-fi, стиралка, микроволновка, посуда, постельные принадлежности, утюг и т. д. Имеется ёмкость на 500 литров(без воды не останетесь). Есть паркоместо во дворе под окном. Можем встретить в аэропорту или жд вокзале. До пляжа 7 минут ходьбы по тенистой аллеи.
