Море открытое чистое (мазута нет и быть не может, тк течение идет в другую сторону), до него 5 мин неспешным шагом.
На территории нашего ЖК есть спортивные площадки, детские игровые площадки, территория для большого тенниса, столы для настольного тенниса. Много бесплатных парковок.

Advantages:

Хорошее место, не шумное, к пляжу ведет освещенный тротуар. Всё неплохо, но от сетевых магазинов нужно пройти.

Disadvantages:

Каждые 5-10 минут включается насос накопителя воды. Ночью очень слышно.
