Домик у моря расположен в частном секторе, на участке площадью 6 соток. Вы будете нашими единственными гостями. Площадь дома 30 кв. метров, плюс терасса такой же площади. В вашем распоряжении спальня и кухня-гостиная с раскладным диваном. Есть и раскладная кровать. Так что пять человек размещаются с удобством))) В кухонной зоне: холодильник, раковина, двухконфорочная электроплитка, тостер, вся необходимая посуда, электрочайник. Благоустроенные душ и туалет на территории, в 10 м. от дома. Готовы принять гостей с воспитанным питомцем. Парковка рядом с нашим участком. До моря 20 мин прогулочным шагом. По пути магазины, кафе, аптеки. До «Магнита» и «Пятёрочки» 7 минут пешком. Рядом поле, лес, горы.
