Двухэтажный коттедж. На первом этаже кухня-гостиная и ванная комната. На втором этаже: гостиная и спальня состоящая из двух комнат. В спальне стоит двуспальная кровать и тахта для ребенка. В гостиной на втором этаже диван-кровать и два кресла-кровати. На первом этаже диван-кровать. С балкона открывается удивительный вид на горы, лес и море. В прохладном бассейне можно окунуться в жаркую погоду. До линии пляжа 2,4 км, Один из них грунтовая дорога, которая бывает пыльной, когда нет долго дождя. Магазины, рынки в 1 км. В Дивноморское три магазина Магнит и два магазина Пятерочка, а так же много других магазинов. Пять пляжей, все пляжи открыты. С животными по договоренности. Курение разрешено на улице.
