До лучшего пляжа Геленджикского района 500 метров - пляж факел с чистым открытым морем. На территории жк для наших гостей имеется большая бесплатная парковка, а так же множество детских и спортивных площадок. До центральной набережной, где располагается городской пляж, рестораны, аквапарк и детские аттракционы -10 мин. пешком.
