1. Расположение дома, касательно моря 2. Наличие посуды 3. Наличие постельного белья 4. Не плохой интернет 5. Можно с питомцами (были с собакой, метис лабрадора) 6. Парковка во дворе, въезд через шлагбаум (натянутая цепочка с кодовым замком) 7. Не слышно музыки от кафе, которые расположены на набережной. 8. Хороший пляж, не многолюдный.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие по близости продуктовых магазинов, типа Пятёрочка, Магнит. До ближайшего 15-20 минут ходьбы.
