Advantages:

Много спальных мест.

Disadvantages:

Не было воды... В туалет ходить по часам. Душ горячий возможен только рано утром, а в остальное время или вообще нет никакой или холодная. Отстой. Нам повезло мы там были не долго. Бегать в туалет в кафе вообще огонь

Действительно, воду в ЖК Легенда подают летом по часам. В квартире стоит накопитель воды, но по техническим причинам мотор вышел из строя. В настоящее время все неполадки устранены. Прошу прощение за неудобства.
