Уютная небольшая квартирка студия для 2-4 человек. Кровать двухспальная и двухспальный диван-кровать, два телевизора, микроволновка, электрочайник, стиральная машинка. Вода постоянно! 1 этаж 3-х этажного монолитно-кирпичного дома в жк легенда рядом с санатории факел. Чистая и уютная. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца, wifi. Во дворе детская площадка. Парковка возле подъезда. До пляжа санатория факел прогулочным шагом пять минут. Заезд после 15. 00 часов, выезд до 11. 00 часов.

Advantages:

Больше всего понравилось, расположение квартиры и близость к морю.

Disadvantages:

Квартира разделена на две студии, немного смутило наличие соседей фактически в соседней комнате. Рассчитывали немного на другой формат проживания. В целом недостаток незначительный.
